The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be exchanged in its original condition. Items must be sent back to WAKE/UP APPAREL™ within 10 days of the customer receiving their order. 

 

Eligible items will only be accepted for online store credit, that way you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. 

 

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

It usually takes anywhere from 2-4 business days to process your online store credit. We understand that it is very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued an email informing you about your online store credit.
